I had a 1957 Bally Bingo called "Showtime". It had 'magic squares' and other cool features. They are gambling machines, and are really exciting to play.....especially the ones with the magic squares. There are infinite ways to win (and lose) and being able to move your numbers often means you can get paid for say red, and green 3 and 4 in a row payouts. You still have a plunger and can gently nudge the ball in or out of certain holes. I think Bally Bingos are absolutely wonderful to own ........EXCEPT ........ They are HEAVY, especially the head., and therefore hard to move & transport. They are also much more complicated than a pinball machine, with many more relays and stepper units etc...lots of stuff that I found hard to understand. The older ones especially are probably all worn out in ways, and getting them going and keeping them going was challenging. (The magic squares kept 'locking up' due to the clutches becoming dry...etc etc  So for the brave and dedicated fan, they are among the greatest electro-mechanical machines ever made. Good luck.
