Whats his number  <.>  I'd be offering around 2-2.4K cash

2.4K would make it too expensive.  Factor in the price of a new playfield, then you would easily spend another $1100 in parts on top without trying, then consider the 60+ hours that need to be spent on it.  Better off with something else.

The owner would like to keep this machine, even thou I'm telling them that it's a money pit.  But hey if they want to pay I'll do the work.  I'd just like to save this game.

I wish I had of taken my camera to show just how bad the playfield is on this thing, never seen a playfield so badly worn before.  Rusty balls have just ripped into the timber on the playfield like nothing.  How the balls aren't dropping into the cabinet is amazing.

To answer your question Marty, yes it was bought in this condition  !!!  Thou the rusty balls had been replaced with nice new ones and bare playfield timber was painted black to hide the damage in the pics.
