The last 3 shots are of the T-molding going on. Basically I knocked it on lightly with a hammer (actually a punch rod from an industrial punch & die set). For the tight curve I cut a "V" off the insert part that goes into the T-slot, so I could get a nice fit. With the start/end join I knocked as much into place and then added 1mm and cut. It gave a nice clean fit. I'll take a photo of this to illustrate. And all finished
