I also put on new rails because my old ones got trashed at the powdercoaters. They did a good job on the legs but absolutely stuffed my rails. Should have left the rails alone as they had minor scratches but I thought I could bring them up to mint (WRONG!!!)

Anyway I thought I'd take the opportunity to demo putting rails on.

1. place the rail in position without removing the protective strip from the double sided tape (car grade indoor/outdoor trim tape used).
2. Temporarily insert the locking bolt to fine tune the final postion of the rail
3. Apply masking tape to about 3 points on the rail and fold over to stick also on the inside cabinet. These will act as psuedo hinges
4. remove the bolt.
