The story goes that a mechanical car performance firm had it in their lunch room as their pride n joy.
The firm was moving premises, left the pinball machine n other stuff outside waiting for the next truck load, when the heavens opened up and the machine got totally drenched. The owner put it out for rubbish collection day when the arcade operator drove past n enquired n picked it up literally for zero.the playfield was rooted but all else was fine.
