We also spent holidays at Foster, Hawks Nest, and Tea Gardens (top fishing spots, and plently of dolphins....dolphins werent a big-deal at all back then lol). They all seemed to have arcades of some description. What really sticks in my mind is this ancient claw machine with life savers in it. My sister won a packet, (10 cents a game) and she was thrilled, but soon screwed her face-up because the were stale and crumby. Then one of the local sheilas told her that no-one plays that game because the life-savers are all off, and really old.  :lol
