Actually, I was agreeing with you.
If anyone (and especially a dealer) does the wrong thing by you and you can substantiate this (obviously you can in this instance), then I think it is in the public interest and hence everyone has the right to know. Post away. I was just saying it is wise to err on the side of caution (it is unfair to write someone off because of one bad experience).
Where the description of machines are fairly obviously designed to hide flaws and gain more money than they ought, we have the right to know about it. Post away.
And if you need someone to go and have a look at machines from said dealer (or other dealers for that matter), there are a number of us who don't live too far away and can check them out for you.
