Well the Pascal board arrived today. My brothers joy turned into dissapointment when it came up coil locked on so he really didnt get to enjoy it. But after he left i spent a few hours trying to nut out the problem. All coils and diodes tested fine, Power was fine but still got coil locked on warning. So i removed the plug for the playfield coils still came up with the issue i unsoldered every coil
Still no joy.
But with the coil fuse removed the issue dissapeared
There was also no sound so i decided to remove the plug to the original soundboard (No longer used) And problem solved there must be a short in the loom to the old soundboard GRRRRR But its all fixed now and the sound issue is a dead speaker.
Once the pbr order arrives we will have the remaining coils and parts needed to finish it off
