"Same player shoots again" lit ?
Did the "ball in play" increase, or stay on the same ball ?
Interesting and very strange 
I don't think the same player shoots again lit up but maybe it wasn't working
and I'm fairly sure the ball in play didn't increase, I could hear the sound for the extra ball each time it was awarded
