Just a quick update on progress with Jacks Open.  It still has a bug in it that has done my head in and I am pretty much ready to admit defeat.

My order arrived from PBR - new plastics set as well as new posts an lane guides are on the machine.  I have also sealed the backglass and got so very close to getting the machine running 100% after some adjustments and cleaning of contacts, cleaning of some score reels.  The 10's and 100's score reels now work and reset - just have an issue somewhere that seems to be related to the 10's points where the machine just dies randomly mid ball - typically when a 10 point switch has been hit.  If I manually flick the 10's relay once or twice, the game restarts as if nothing happened on the next ball - without flicking the relay, I have no ball advance/kickout, no flippers, no scoring - the machine basically freezes.  Any ideas I would be very grateful.  Problem also may be related to the drop targets,  Myself and a very experienced EM man checked the machine over for any loose wires, any wires touching, checked connectors and can't figure it out.  Sometime it does it one ball after another straight away, other times I can get a game or three out of it before it freezes.

Anyway, here's a few more pics of what she looks like at the moment.  New drop targets and maybe pop bumpers and I will just about be done as far as replacements go - then maybe a bit more detailed cleaning and polishing.
