i have access to a printer which prints photo quality art for a sign company. (billboards, shop windows, cars and trucks and so on)
it is not a inkjet as the art work is used out doors without a cover so it is rained on.
also i have a vinyl plotter / cutter.
if i ever buy a pin with a back glass i will scan it in case i ever need the art work. (i have been waiting nearly 2 months on pics for the next pin i am buying and it has a backglass and also has decals on cabinet. replacement back glasses are available but decals are not).
I will probably use this process in the future if i cant get a back glass for any pins i buy
thanks for sharing this
