Well thanks to Kev who sent me down some White decal papers to try on the apron.      Seems to have worked ok biggest problem is ive had to cut out each color and shape and place them on one at a time what a nightmare but looks better than the plain purple.   
Looks great Daniel. Rather that cut and fit each shape separately, another way might've been to fill the white sections with a matching purple before you printed your decal (in photoshop etc) im guessing you used something like that to create the decal?? I use Arcsoft Photostudio (came with my Canon scanner) to do this type of thing.

Just a thought, thats how i'd try to get around the problem anyway. I KNOW it'd be a BITCH trying to get a good match for that purple too! Anyway like i said.. looks great what you've done ^^^

Yes i did try matching the purple i even tried to scan the apron purple into the printer but it kept coming out crap.   I did purple fill the shooter gauge as i had no choice looks ok tucked away down there but would stand out like dogs balls on top of the apron
