I think they refund the dollar, at least in the US I read they do. That's how they confirm the account is 'good'. I know when I signed up, they deposited some cents into my account, and I had to verify the account by telling them how many cents it was.

I am not very pro eBay either, but it's necessary as that's where some sellers put their wares. Thinking of my gameroom, I think I bought my sample T2 there for 800 USD, everything else I have in my collection or lineup were purchases direct from people.

The guy selling the T2 has sold me lots of games in the past. He contacted me because he knew I like sample and proto games. When I asked him how much, he wanted $1400. I told him it was simply too much for how beat the game was, and countered with 1000. He declined and said he would list on eBay.

Then, I got it off eBay for less.  Sometimes it works to save you money!

Sometimes, you're the fisherman, sometimes, you're the fish. The only person who seemingly always gets their catch is eBay!
