Those problems are typical of a routed pinball machine. Quick "half fixes" to keep the games going and earning $$..
I actually really enjoy reconditioning/restoring "container" pins - as there are many unique and interesting "fixes" on these games - and there's nothing better than repairing or replacing parts in a game you KNOW will be an absolute GEM when finished.
Kudos to Mark for selling you an "as is" BK2000, as they are VERY collectible and desirable pins to own.
I hope you have a bit of a "resto" thread planned ?
