I love Star trek, I love Steve Ritchies work (making sure i put the word 'work' in my post as if i said 'I love Steve Ritchie' well that would sound a bit ... well it just wouldn't sound right  ), I love WMS.
so for me to say i dont love this pin,,, well it just wouldn't sound right.

on the maintenance side of things i have found that if you can read a schmatic then its not to hard to fault find on this pin.
even though some of the replacement parts arn't cheap at least there is a lot of different spare parts available for this pin.

also you must have the flippers and canons in perfect working order to be able to really appreciate this pin.

this pin is on my 'next 2 pins to get' short list.

if you are unsure about this pin find some one who has it and play a few games on it (or do what i am doing, borrowing one for a couple of months  )  then see what you think
