Thanks heaps for doing this Tony . I emailed Mike and ordered book 3, which i didnt have, and enquired about his latest one as well. He didnt waste any time sending it out (had it in about 2 days after getting his email saying he'd sent it, and providing payment details, as well as promising to let me know when the 4th book was available.  That was a little over a month ago now and im about half way thru reading it, and enjoying it heaps! I think i'll send him another email soon, telling him the same, as he asked me to let him know what i thought of the book.
