many sellers get past the so called paypal protection policy (which aint worth a dime) by sending u an empty box/packet.
The seller then sends the tracking number to you and ebay, showing the item was sent and delivered. shame nothing was inside except cardboard.
A trick used often by hong kong sellers and some drop kicks in the states.
paypal protection is worth zilch. been there, done that, didnt like it.
but i have only been screwed 5 or 6 times out of 1200 transactions.ya win some, ya lose some.its really only the O'Seas ones which catch ya.
u cant beat ebay and its crappy rules. they want paypal so they can jack u for fees on both ends.ya cant get past it.and the fees to sell something, too dam much.
I sold a nitro truck for $120 and got stung for $12. what a ripoff.
