Paint is straight out of the tin. I would usually use masking tape on straight line art, but as you can see,all curves,so the only option is the contact (Book contact from Woolies) - Important to seal along edges to help with stopping paint bleed. I did have a bit of bleed and had to touch it up,main reason the age and type of wood - woodgrain is not completly flat even after sanding, so you could not completley seal it,where as my Jumping Jack,I had no problem as the wood was completely flat. Hope this makes sense.
