This forum will not condone "naming and shaming" unless definitive proof can be provided. By that I mean a repetitive theme of lies and deception that can be backed up by documented proof. Otherwise it's one persons word against another and that's where we run into problems. Almost always such arguments turn into sh*t fights with neither party coming off looking like the winner. The loser will almost always be the forum as it causes division between members. We don't want to promote tension between members.

My take on it is this...Caveat Emptor...Buyer Beware! You cannot buy anything these days on good faith and site unseen. If you don't inspect a machine in person then you're asking for trouble. You have to assume a machine is a heap of junk and don't be surprised if it is when it arrives home. I'm sorry but that's the cold hard truth. Your friend is as much at fault for not inspecting the machine as the dealer is for supplying a crap machine when he said it wasn't.

Would you buy a used car without inspecting it?
