Thanks for the replies everyone,and Strangeways for the rundown on both machines.Unless it has been sold recently i think i can purchase a Medusa for around the same money as i paid for Paragon,and in the same condition.I do not like rushing into a purchase as i want to be sure it is what i want.I was sure with my other buys and could not resist the Paragon as it was on top of my wish list.I have a couple of weeks to think about it ,and then i will chase whatever i decide on.I guess that means not much sleep as i think SS,EM,SS,EM,SS,EM,shit i might use up the few brain cells i have left  .
