the sellers could be honest and say something like this
" pinball tech who is a known local thief wanted to charge $110 to turn up, then wanted 3 or 4 hundred bux to fix it, but couldnt guarrantee repairs due to machines age, left me with a 400 buck bill and it still aint right, so i am selling it as is ".i am sure we all know a local pinball tech who could be described as above. i certainly know a few ripoff merchants.lucky i found a few honest ones.
