Yes, they are beautiful and even much more so all lit up in a dark room.

Not only was Roy Parker a master artist, so was George Molentin who is often overlooked. Maybe because Williams pins from the same vintage don't seem as collectable and were made at around 1/3 the production run of Gottlieb.

Molentin did the art on over 150 pinballs and would be my favourite artist.

As for gameplay, the single player woodrails are (in the majority of cases) much better pins to play. They look easy but far from it, have mentioned before if you can play a game from the 1950 - 65 era well you can play the 'newer' games blindfolded.

I have another 3 woodrails on the way and hopefully they will all be here soon. That will take the total to 14 woodies....and can see the day when all of my 1960s pins will be sold to make room for nothing but woodrails
