Ian the reason for me wanting to remove the outlane posts is because even though I've only had limited games on Seawitch so far (I can't get into any pin I own until it is cleaned), I just go for the hardest settings straight out, and the limited games i have played just favoured the inlanes a bit too much due to the posts. Maybe I'm used to Gorgar??

A lot of games have more than 1 hole for the outlane posts to screw into.  Even if that post is moved to the left a mm or so, it'll make a difference.  Worth removing the post to have a look at least.
