I have tried the Glad wrap and tripple thick on my Bally Star Trek restore i had issues as my paint had cracked aswell as lifted but it did work. Id suggest spray it with tripple thick cover it smoothly with the glad wrap then place a sheet of glass or similar over the entire are beeing fixed
