Possibly a couple of faults going on here.

Re the chase lamps.  Can you remove a bulb  (or all) with the machine turned off (and unplugged) and ensure they are the correct type?
Their may be a fault with the board which drives it, but start with the easy stuff first.

Silverball on here has lots of experience with the White Water.  I'll be looking at one next weekend, so I can check the Bigfoot problem then.
