Seller has been great and is sending a replacement bat out asap-must have been a problem in production and wouldn't stop me buying from them again. Never seen it happen Before maybe I am hard on my pinballs

Great stuff, it says a lot about the business when they are prepared to fix a problem. I was just sending an email (about the tenth) to Nokia about a PoS phone they refuse to repair - even though it was an odd issue and I've had lots of Nokias, I will never own one again because of the lack of follow up to the issue.
