if you add checked and re-soldered boards, you would have reconditioned in my opinion
shopped can be wiped with a wet rag, and few rubbers and globes changed
the term shopped is so ambigious that it shouldnt be used, better to just describe work done

At least if the seller describes all work that's been done you should then know what to expect.
