ADD:

Burnt PCB connectors replaced
Fuse holders checked for broken tags
(if imported - IE most container pins) check that it is wired for 220/240V


i agree homepin
 but when i check pcb's i check for the fuse holders and burnt / hacked connectors.
and with the 240v wiring i include that when i check 240v wiring and earthing.
