SHOPPED in a general term would HAVE to include as a MINIMUM

machine cleaned properly - cleaned means cleaned. not black shit everywhere.
all bulbs and rubbers done - blackened and not working bulbs are not acceptable.
all boards working - machine trouble free. lighting circuits, non working strings of solenoids and sound boards etc not working-unnacceptable.
new balls - rusty balls not acceptable.
all fuses working - no broken, black or not working fuses- unacceptable.
all under playfield pcb's working - having to resolder multiple boards unnacceptable.
no broken or hanging wires - unnacceptable

the above is common sense. anyone sending out a machine and calling it "shopped" shld think twice.
