If you can get hold of some letraset lettering - these are nice and thin and you can make up the lettering using these - im al;so more than willing to sendf you down a computer cut stencil if you want.

I know the Letraset lettering you mention, i used to get something similar from the newsagents but havent seen it in the shops in years. i used to use it on the guitar amps i used to build years ago.
