I have used Mayfair who packed a new Gorgar backglass for me and as Nino said it's all in the packing.
I forget who transported it to Pinball resource (I think) where it was picked up by Mr Pinball for me and transported to my home in Hunter Valley.  Mark C was going to help me but could not do so in the end.

Mayfair know all about it give them a call.
No damage whatsoever but it took about 8 months from when I ordered it. It looks so good it makes it all worthwhile.

Mr Gorgar1 and Cruiserman from Cessnock have also had experience with importing backglasses.
