My theory is the ones that strobe on me generally are the controlled globes that tend to be programmed to dim a little during missions etc. My SWEP especially highlighted this. I also have the ability to adjust the brightness/intensity of the globes on this game and if I adjust it to full brightness the strobing is minimal or gone. I believe LED's are either ON or OFF and shouldn't be dimmed as they just try to draw more out of the circuit to get back to full power (this also will lessen there life span).

Someone could knock this or explain it better
