Quite a few people use Sharpie markers to re-do the colour and Dr Who is one of the easier ones with having a lot of straight lines.
Quite a few on RGP have used this method as well as on this group with great sucess. I did my TOTAN this way and it turned out pretty good in fact a few people even thought it had been re-decaled.
