I haven't got a scanner here - I can only take a photo?

Faza has send me a scan of the two pieces.
This is the result of stitching them together again.
I know the card size now and I'll make a reproduction.

Does your card have the same number (16-9182-7) in the lower right corner?
If no, please send me an image.
It can be a photo yes.
Just be sure it's readable.
