I also put a full kit (including new coil stops and coils) on my Williams Lady Luck and both are buzzing when at full up position .. haven't spent much time yet trying to solve it .. have fiddled with EOS adjustment once which made a slight improvement.
I swapped coil stops with the replay unit on my Williams Blue Chip which made a big improvement .. those ones don't buzz any more.
