I made up a simple jig over the weekend to cut strips to length and mark out stapling cut outs. Keen to put it to the test I installed it on a Gottlieb EM even though the original strip was yellowed and stained, but still OK. I'm very happy with the result. As the strip base is 21 mm and the cabinet sides thickness is 20 mm, a light sand (trim) on the inner edge may be neccassary for some installs. Heres a few pics of the final result.
