Yes.. its a PCB removal tool.. never seen one before ( oh im far too EM!!!), but when i found it i had to laugh.. been using my finger nails for years whilst cursing like an Australian opening batsman trying to prise the buggers off... ive even snipped the tops off before out of frustration!
