He has been fighting the council for years.
He has to find the land, build the building etc, and then get it all approved.
I wish it would happen this next year or two, but i feel it is a good 5 to 10 yrs away unfortunately.
When it is done, it should be magnificent ! If i won the 10 milion $ Lotto, I would build something in a heart beat. I hope something happens sooner than later.
