While it is not the same as taking the glass off, I don't think it is the done thing when trying to set high scores*.* Put it this way, would you do it if you had to pay for your games?
definitely wouldn't have done it if paying for the games on location somewhere
and resetting the game after the 1st ball, I CAN honestly say that i have NEVER set a new high score doing this. i usually end up walking away in disgust
I never reset a game after a bad 1st ball if i have visitors here playing
if i have a bad 1st ball (or any ball for that matter) i usually have to eat humble pie and keep playing
that happens a fair bit actually.. i end up with indigestion
I've had people here, and playing a game with me where they have had the 1st ball go out quickly and they've said 'i wanna start the game again'
