OK now I am getting frustrated.

I changed the ULN2803 chip (and stuffed one of the traces in the process and had to install a jumper) and still no change whatsoever to the machine.  No opto switches working except for one.

There is definitely 12V at the 10 opto board.  It is something in the switch matrix somewhere....I think.

Anyone want a cheap RFM project machine?
