Sorry to hear you are still having probs .
My Firepower has recently died with the dreaded audit mode too.
Ken sent me a 5101 not long ago plus a couple of other components .
When I get time I will try sorting mine out and post back here with what fixed it (optimistic aren't I  ) .
Hopefully you will get yours sorted before then . As you have seen, plenty of help on this forum
