Beaky is right - more details please.

It is my guess that the ATX supply is unable to handle the high surge current when the flipper colis energise?? They  will draw as much as 20 amps initially and I am guessing your PC supply is shutting down because of that??

Has this setup EVER worked or are you putting it together for the first time???
