All sorted  

As I thought it had to be a stuck switch, I checked the wire colour on the switch and found where it attached to the relay, I prevented the associated relay switch from closing then manually activated the relay, no problems allow it to close again then same problem.

Traced back to the switch, took a closer look at the switch found the thicker supporting blade had been pushed against the inside switch blade making it always closed.

Had me stumped for a little while as it still scored the 500 points when unlit, I'm not used to one rollover having two sets of switches to check  

Glad it was an easy fix
