Hmmm, some of those you mention are not in the main menu, you may have opened some redundant files.
The others, mainly game manuals and some larger res images unfortunately were not included in the backups I received.
Pretty well all the guides were downloaded by "FILE=>SAVE AS" from the original site, when you do this the files in the hyperlinks are not downloaded, only the images in the Web page are.
I have left some of the links there even though the file is not available, just for peoples reference only.
