asking Ebay for help, is like asking a white pointer shark to give you your leg back as it tears it off, 
it aint going to happen.
they just talk crap and say "sorry to hear u feel that way sir".
if u get someone to seriously help you, buy a big lottery ticket. 
Funny they call it a help line when they can't actually help you, they just say "Sorry I can't help you with that particular problem"
I think they have that written on a cue card in front of them.
