They are both essentially replacement boards using latest technology. The quality would be the same as the boards are redesigned from the original but with new components that are easily replaced. Altek have a "lifetime warranty" which is very good. With the Aussie Dollar being so good, they both represent good value. Just confirm shipping, as this might help you decide.
You can certainly mix and match these boards as they are direct replacements. I have not bought either board, so I can't compare them, but I would suggest they are the same.
