Pete, if the RGP link/thing doesnt work out, I was thinking go to a hobby/model shop where they sell lightweight but very strong balsa/thin plywood that is used for repairs on radio controlled planes etc and cut some the size of the trunk panels n glue inside. Its cheap to buy, easy to cut, very lightweight, comes in every millimeter of thickness and is also very strong.
