Well after I got home from picking up the paragon cabinet (which I'm not even going to unwrap). I decided it put sedgwicks head back on and see if there were any signs of life.

  And to my surprise it booted straight up all displays coils and most lights work only fault is no sound.

 Considering the whole machine looks like it lived outside all it's life the boards are very clean and fully working.

  I'll start a restore thread once do some more work on it.

I think I'm going to have to shoot Sedgwick who votes i shoot it???
