A Rugy League or similar sporting theme would be good for Pinball 2000 because they could have different team colours you could select in the graphics. Another one would be Champion Pub, it is practically he same except it has the boxing bag/boxer figure instead of the monitor. With pin2k the fighter could change appearance.

Exactly! Imagine being able to choose the sacred maroon jumper and then smash up the blues in state of origin on your 2k pin whilst having a few quiet ales. Pin/Footy heaven for yours truly! QUEENSLANDER! I heard that John Popa is making custom pins, maybe he could a pin 2k to order?
The CP idea is also a good one and would make the game better for me, cp as it stands is a pretty one dimensional pin imo.
