When I was recently in the US I contacted them about placing an order and collecting it from their booth at Pacific Pinball Expo. They advised that there would be a $100 handling fee to cover baggage costs as they fly to expos. Didn't end up going through with the order as would have been cheaper to post to me in Australia. Bought the same stuff from Bay Area and collected at the Expo at no charge.
